Registered Social Landlords in Wales
Non-Executive Board Remuneration
Produced by Central Consultancy and Training, this resource pack provides guidance to Registered Social Landlords and their Boards who are considering the introduction of Board remuneration. It covers the legal and regulatory position, the arguments in support and against, and what RSLs need to consider to establish whether or not pay is appropriate for them. It also provides a model agreement for services and also a remuneration policy, plus guidance on setting rates and levels of pay.
If you want to consider whether or not there is a business case for your RSL, this is your essential first step. Central can provide support to individual RSLs wanting to consider the costs, benefits and risks of remunerating their Board members, helping to develop and test a robust business case, and providing independent advice. Whatever your decision, working with us will give you assurance you have covered all the bases. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need advice on how we can help your organisation move forward. |
