With a reputation built over 40 years we have an extensive portfolio of clients nationwide. Our consultants are senior, experienced learning and development professionals with strong backgrounds in housing, health and social care, local government and the private sector.
Our mission is to build a sound understanding of your needs and deliver results by combining an informed and respectful external view with your internal depth of understanding. We therefore see our work as essentially a partnership enterprise – that’s why we say “We are in business to help our partners and their customers flourish”.
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop, we want to reassure you that the well-being of our employees, consultants and clients is paramount. Central has been able to operate virtually since 2013 and so for us it is largely ‘business as usual’ in terms of the way that you would normally contact us.
We are already continuing work with clients online using technology platforms that we have been using for the last 5 years, and anticipate that all meetings will now take place by phone or online. Group sessions can be conducted online with a range of platforms depending on your needs. We are committed to helping clients maintain business continuity and have systems in place in order to continue with planned work. However it is a fast moving situation and we will keep you up to date with any changes. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

“They have become a key partner in helping to develop our adult care practitioners’ confidence, knowledge and skills”. Nick Thorne (Workforce Development Team Manager) South Gloucestershire Council
“In meetings to discuss our requirements they listened to what we were looking for and then offered advice and guidance on how to move this forward. We have worked on a number of subject areas now and they work with us in relation to what our business needs are, what senior managers want and how this fits in with the overall aim and vision of the Council. The training has focused on what delegates have taken away from the session and how they can implement this within their practice, thus making a difference to someone`s life and supporting our return on investment.” Sandra Fleetwood (Principal Learning and Development Consultant) Dudley MBC
