"We have worked with Central Consultancy & Training for many years commissioning programmes from them for the Adults Social Work workforce in Birmingham. Some of the programmes were around the introduction of the Care Act but more recently Defensible Decision Making and Strength Based Practice. We ran 5 programmes of “The Principles of Strength Based Practice” delivered by Central from October 2018 to March 2019 to help support the implementation of “The 3 Conversations Model” which has a strengths based approach to working with people. I have always found Central Consultancy & Training to be reliable, creative and flexible in terms of meeting the needs of the organisation. The trainers are knowledgeable and the sessions are interactive . They are excellent at feeding back and complete trainer evaluations giving valuable insight on the training, delegates and any practice issues. In terms of successful learning outcomes for individuals staff scored them highly on our online evaluation suggesting that the training met their learning outcomes. We have seen some measures of success since the roll out of the 3 Conversations and staff have talked about having a better experience working with people using a strength based approach which the training has helped to embed. I would recommend Central Consultancy & Training as a training provider as they are committed and passionate about the subjects they deliver on."
