Aimed at social housing and social care professionals and leaders who serve diverse customers and communities, this session is designed to introduce participants to Cultural Intelligence and consider the potential /and benefits for individuals, teams and organisations undertaking CQ assessment.
Cultural intelligence or CQ is a globally recognised measurement of intercultural effectiveness.
