This programme aims to put Bias under the spotlight and will explore what bias is, the process and function of bias and the significant part bias plays in day to day decision making, with particular focus on inequality.  The programme is designed to be interactive in nature, and participants will be invited to immerse themselves in activity that will reveal the pervasive nature of bias, and explore actions that can be taken to reduce adverse consequences, particularly related to bias operating in the workplace.
