Sarah is also passionate about mental health and wellbeing and regularly swims outdoors. She is a volunteer waterlogger for We Swim Wild, monitoring water quality and microplastic levels in local rivers as part of a wider study into plastic pollution. She also sits on the Steering Group for Ort Gallery, advising on business development and PR strategy. The gallery is an artist-led exhibition space in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, with the social mission to facilitate dialogue in the community.
