Driven by helping those around her, with a passion for coaching, Sarah specialises in professional and personal development coaching. She has a foundation certificate in coaching and the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, which qualifies her as an Executive Coach.

Sarah is a dynamic, authentic coach with a professional, solution-focused approach to her practice. She believes that anyone can benefit from the right coaching and that it can create a supportive environment in which to challenge and develop critical thinking skills, ideas and behaviours.

She has coached individuals working in the public sector, such as the NHS and the Fire Service, the private sector and the third sector, as well as individuals who are self-employed, retired and unemployed. She also attends regular supervision sessions and is an Associate member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, regularly attending networking and CPD events.
 
In addition to coaching clients, Sarah works part-time for Central, bringing expertise from a career in PR, marketing and business development. Sarah supports the organisation with business development, marketing, project co-ordination and day to day operations.
