Liz has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of the training cycle, from consultancy, design, delivery and evaluation.

Over the last 25 years she has successfully trained and coached thousands of delegates from junior staff to board level. For example Liz has ran numerous training programmes for HM Revenue and customs, delivered bespoke programmes for the  Forensic Science and coached senior executive teams in the private sector. 

She started her career as a TV presenter for BBC1 and Channel 5; presenting on customer service issues and is still very passionate on getting customer service and how we present ourselves right.

Liz is a qualified NLP master practitioner and an ILM accredited coach and mediator. She uses her skills at all levels of personal, interpersonal and intrapersonal development, always focusing individuals on the achievement of business goals.
