Lynne Howells is an experienced executive coach who offers a personalised Leadership Coaching Package for Chief Executives & Senior Managers.
This programme is for experienced or newly appointed Chief Executives and Senior Managers who want to build and expand upon their leadership capabilities. It runs over a 4-6 month period and is based on the simple notion that leadership skills develop better and faster when learned, rather than taught, and when practised on the actual job.

The programme helps senior managers to streamline their work through developing goals, values and strategies and creating action plans that consciously build (and sometimes rebuild) confidence and creativity.
The coach acts as a support providing a safe environment, listening constructively, asking difficult questions, analysing responses intelligently, providing encouragement to experiment with new ideas and using well tested models, tools and tips to underpin the process. The package includes

Lynne has in depth experience of Leadership, Executive, and Management Team Coaching. It is her main area of work and skill base. She has developed a way of working with people on a 1:1 level, using a range of techniques that get results. Lynne has coached in a variety of sectors including the Arts, third Sector, Local Authorities, Housing, Health and private sector up to and including Chief Executive/ Director level. Lynne has developed a Leadership Coaching Package to support and develop leaders in their role as well as the first 100 days programme for leaders newly in post. Lynne also works with Leadership Teams to help them work effectively as a corporate team.

Lynne has created career change programmes which include practical skills to create workable and individual career plans through periods of change, career surgeries - quick hits to build confidence and take action and training and 1:1 sessions on creating dynamic CV’s that get the interview and interview skills, particularly how to handle internal interviews.
Lynne uses a range of techniques for career designing that can help people at various stages of their career, to plan their next step whether that is in the field they are already familiar with or creating change altogether. Lynne trained with Richard Bolles, the world leader in career designing to develop her expertise and understanding in this area.
