John has spent his entire career in People related roles across a wide range of sectors. His experience includes working in Senior Leadership roles in national charities, Bus operating companies and large housing associations; all of which involved working in complex and highly regulated fields. John has also worked closely in environments that require robust governance and operates effectively with Trustees, Governors and other non-executive roles.
Most recently John worked in a strategic role within the education sector, developing and delivering a people agenda that navigated organisational development, realised the potential of individuals and increased engagement across all roles. He also managed large-scale HR operational delivery.
In previous roles John has driven HR systems procurement/implementation, created entirely new pay, grading and reward infrastructure, and acted as the subject matter expert on employee relations casework.
