A dynamic, focused and driven Senior Leader with an entrepreneurial flair with over 25 years’ experience in developing SME businesses. An excellent horizon scanner who is Prince 2 Foundation qualified, a Goldman Sachs 10 K Business Growth Alumni member and has created and implemented business growth plans leading to enhanced service scope, improved, tangible business growth in both traditional and newly emerging fields. Is also adept at building sustainable partnerships and has over 20  years’ experience in VCSE Senior leadership.

​As a consultant, Jennifer has overseen the achievement of quality standards across a range of organisations for over 15 years. She has plenty of Board level experience,  including being a founding member and still sits on the Newman Wellbeing Board, held the position as the RCCP Disciplinary Committee Lay Chair for 3 years, is a Trustee for Acocks Green COGOP and  is an FRSA fellow.
