Hannah is passionate about the application of organisational change across culture, skills development, leadership and diversity. With a foundation in organisational development theory from her academic research, Hannah has experience of implementing this with clients in the public and private sectors at both operational and strategic level, including local government services, NHS strategies, customer contact centres and senior leaders in the engineering sector. These projects have delivered behaviour change, upskilled staff and contributed to sustainable culture change.
Hannah has had a variety of roles and has worked with Human Engine, London Borough of Hackney Council, Royal Borough of Kingston Council, Essex Partnership University NHS Trust (EPUT), Arup and CPM.
In her spare time, Hannah volunteers for Playden, High Wycombe, working with children with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as Aylesbury Homeless Action Group, where she helps with meal preparation and spends time helping people with their interpersonal skills.
