Clare Fentham brings over 20 years of expertise in education, training, and management, making her a highly accomplished professional in the field of leadership and management training. After earning her MBA from the University of Birmingham, where she specialised in strategic management, Clare pursued further qualifications, including a PGCE and ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching.
Her career has spanned collaborations with national and international organisations, delivering leadership training to management teams and providing executive coaching. Clare excels in helping clients enhance problem-solving, goal-setting, and confidence-building skills, enabling them to achieve personal and professional success. With a learner-centred approach, Clare tailors her work to meet individual and organisational needs. Her deep understanding of managing teams allows her to address challenges such as time management, communication, and translating organisational goals into actionable strategies. Clare holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, a PGCE from Greenwich University, and a PG Diploma in Security and Risk Management from Leicester University. She has also earned a Higher Education Certificate in Management and specialist qualifications in counter-terrorism searching, physical intervention training, and weapons handling. Originally from Liverpool, Clare now resides in West Wales with her husband Graham, their German Shepherd, and two cats. Their son Andrew, a poet, lives in Cornwall. Clare and Graham have also worked closely with the YMCA, hosting young homeless teenagers, reflecting their commitment to making a positive impact on their community. |
