Graham is a highly skilled senior consultant and interim manager with extensive HR experience gained mainly in the public sector, as an employee, as a consultant and as an interim manager.
Initially working within the engineering and telecommunications industries, Graham moved into the public sector, working within the HR functions of London local authorities. His main roles involved managing remuneration and reward, employment relations and employment policy development and, subsequently, leading and managing the HR function at chief officer level for a large inner-city council.
After a career break undertaking a Master’s Degree in Employment Relations and Law he set up as an independent HR consultant and interim manager and Graham’s reputation during twelve years of successful consultancy has led to frequent re-engagements by satisfied clients.
