Dexter du Boulay
Qualifications: MSc (Town Planning), Dip Training Techniques, Self Development Inventory Registered trainer, NLP (practitioner)
Dexter is an experienced facilitator and consultant with expertise in management and supervisor development, equalities and diversity, community development and participation, governance, team development, communication and inter-personal skills. He is a highly experienced Action Learning Set facilitator and coach . Dexter is a senior lecturer at Coventry University where he lectures on the Applied Community and Social Studies degree programmes. Dexter is also responsible for the delivery and teaching on charity law, governance, management, fundraising, social enterprises, social housing, and values and practice principles.
Dexter is a former Director of Valley House Coventry (2000-2006), a supported housing and community development organisation. He was formerly a grant assessor for the National Lotteries Charity Board and runs under-graduate fundraising. Dexter is currently Chair of Backbone (social enterprise), engaging ethnic minorities in outdoor activities, and provides coaching to senior fundraisers and managers within Third Sector organisations.
